Surface line or deeper paint damage?
Fine marks in the clear coat may respond to polishing. A scratch through the colour can need preparation and repainting. We assess the finish before recommending a method; the length of a scratch alone does not tell the whole story.
Paint transfer needs a closer look.
A scrape against another painted surface can leave a coloured mark on top of the finish. There may also be damage underneath. A clear picture from more than one angle helps distinguish the marks we need to assess.
